Putin to Send Enough Wheat to Venezuela to Stop Food War

Well it is a lot more than the U.S. is doing. Regardless of Mr. Maduro's policies, real people are desperate to feed their families. Putin seems to be on top of the the Middle East and Latin America while the U.S. is now mired in the angst of 'fake news'.
