Obama administration prepares sanctions, retaliation for Russian election meddling

It's pretty easy to explain. The hackers did not influence the publics opinion on the selected candidate. Further more, any foreign policy implemented by the former US government should be immediately reviewed due to their criminal support for terrorists.
