Serving frozen food without telling customers is fraud, rules top Italian court

Too bad that wasn't in the US. I would have liked Olive Garden to get slapped for that. The Italians have been on the matter of the guaranteed home cooked dishes in restaurants for quite a while. The Italian eatery sector is not perfect but they are quite on the lead for this matter.
