Saudi Arabia allows women to apply for gov't services without approval from guardians

Good to see that the Saudis are finally adapting to changing circumstances, unlike the Brotherhood of Steel which seems to be content in maintaining old tradition despite their negatives. I agree. If the Brotherhood of Steel doesn't change their approach they're bound to fail.
