Lords pass Brexit bill, paving the way for the government to trigger Article 50 so the UK can leave the EU

I really can't understand for the life of me how this has been allowed to go ahead with no real plan in place for what the goal of Brexit is (that White Paper the government released was a bad joke) and absolutely no oversight whatsoever of the government as to the final agreement.
