Ireland to outlaw sex with people who've fallen asleep drunk

So they're outlawing rape... No, just the definition of consent wasn't totally clear. The courts set the definition by precedent rather than legislation clearly stating that an unconscious/dead drunk/sleeping person couldn't give consent. It's a clickbaity headline by an increasingly trashy paper.
