WikiLeaks Release Excludes Evidence of €2 Billion Transfer from Syria to Russia

I've long been skeptical of them. Most of the leaks have documented practices widely known (gasp diplomats spy on each other!) or were nothingburgers like "ambassador so and so think's the French president is a dick."
