Anti-monarchy activists want Queen to move out of Buckingham Palace

Isn't that basically the definition of being an anti-monarchist in the UK? I am Swedish and don't mind if the Swedish King keeps is home, but I would prefer not to pay for his expenses. Guessing same could be said in UK.
