'A Decarbonized Society': Japan Pledges To Be Carbon Neutral By 2050

I hate this whole situation because nobody did anything until something happens to them. People need to learn to be proactive so you can be safe BEFORE this happens to you NOT AFTER. More like I pledge to be skinny after I get cancer and take 4 rounds of chemo.
