Belgium will go back into lockdown to prevent health care system collapse

Hopefully the two week school closure is enough to dent it. Frankly, I doubt it. Most of Europe is on a 7-day doubling time right now, and these measures won't provide any benefit at all for 4-5 days including incubation period.
