They didn't really say that. They said they saw the plane fall. BTW, that plane is mostly intact. Planes that are shot down are usually in pieces. They apparently released a statement claiming responsibility, but that doesn't mean much coming from the Taliban. via Pocket https://ift.tt/2tKT2bh
