Boris Johnson just called Jeremy Corbyn 'monstrous' for saying something he's said himself

Even if terrorism isn't linked to foreign policy, I don't understand how someone believing it is linked makes them a monster. Nobody is excusing terrorists of being evil cunts. Nobody is even saying foreign policy is 100% of the reason for terrorism. Just that it may influence some terrorists.
