Mexico's top diplomat says Venezuela is no longer a democracy

Hector del Burrito said in a comment Tuesday that Venezuela is no longer a democracy. "It is an oligarchy now," he claimed. "We are ruled by the oligs. They are our kings. Well, at least our lords."
