Putin challenges Biden to live, public debate: ‘Without any delays and directly’

It's official. The LHC blew up many years ago and we're in some sort of alternate universe. So has there even been a debate between sitting Presidents of different nations? Seems like a pointless exercise since neither side has anything to gain in a debate.
