‘Kill them’: Duterte wants to ‘finish off’ communist rebels

This guy is a psychopath. Abolish Duterte. The US and China both sell him weapons because they're both opposed to the guerrillas, so I wouldn't hold my breath for him disappearing anytime soon unfortunately.
