UK Supreme Court allows two Nigerian communities to sue Royal Dutch Shell over oil spills in Niger Delta

How about we treat this as it is, and try Shell in an international Court for crimes against humanity. It's high time these criminal actions aren't minimised and marginalised down to fines.
