French nuclear submarine patrols South China Sea in challenge to Beijing

Seems Macron is jumping at the opportunity to fill in for Merkel once she resigns, setting France up to be the new de facto leader of the EU. We all know it is posturing and nothing is going to really happen. If it did pop off, China would plow through the French fleet.
