Canada floats idea of North American ban on new gasoline-powered cars

There's no way for Canada itself to do it when it gets too cold to use most batteries. That is both an incredibly foolish and wildly inaccurate statement lol. In February Victoria has weather around 9°C, Toronto's is about 0°C, and Point Pelee sits around 0°C as well.
