Turkey says it will send troops to help Azerbaijan if requested

This is Turkey testing the waters for an invasion of Artsakh now that their puppet state Azerbaijan’s attack has failed. There needs to be serious discussions about making amendments to NATO in order to kick Turkey out of It.
