Australian state of Victoria records zero new coronavirus cases, after defeating second wave with one of world's longest lockdowns

Uh this is a stupid headline. No cases TODAY but there were seven yesterday and some of those are unknown sources which is not good. Anyway it's the 14 day "rolling average" that matters, not what happens on a single day.
