Blizzard Workers Share Salaries in Revolt Over Wage Disparities

I’m trying to understand the problem. Of course a developer is going to make $100k ( +/- 30% ). Of course a CSR is going to make close to minimum wage. The only reason CSR wages are so low is because there is a huge pool of people willing to do that job for that amount of money.
