Canadian police chiefs recommend decriminalizing personal possession of illicit drugs

Canadian provincial health authorities have been recommending this for years. Shame on the liberals and conservative parties for allowing people to die in the streets by ignoring our health professionals. The best solution would be legalization and regulation.
