Gold Coast man who cut shark nets to save a baby humpback whale avoids a fine

Queensland Fisheries Minister Mark Furner said the public should not try to free whales from nets. The guy called the proper authorities in the first place and waited hours and they didn't come. Part of being a professional is showing up in a timely manner.
