No vaccine, no existing immunity and lots of unknowns. Spreading faster than we can figure those things out. May indeed end up no worse than the flu. May also end up much worse. We just don’t know yet.🤷‍♀️ Hence the anxiety. This is pretty much the plot of the Contagion movie.
