Russian warship 'aggressively approached' US destroyer in Arabian Sea

Is there video of American vessels out there performing in this manner? I feel like Russia and China tend to buzz ships with jets and boats. But I never see the U.S do this. I'm pretty sure everyone does it to an extent.
