US House passes Uygur law demanding sanctions on China over human rights abuses in Xinjiang camps

The Hong Kong bill was passed by unanimous vote in the Senate. It was unanimous in the House, too- until the House was voting on the Senate's version. Then one single person dissented. Most bipartisan thing I've seen in a while. I don't see why this would be too different.
