India's New Delhi hits 'unbearable' pollution levels, equivalent to smoking 33 cigarettes a day

I visited New Delhi few years ago and yes the air smelled foul pretty much all the time. Still, it was a nice place to visit and I would recommend people go if they have an opportunity. Yeah, over 250 years since the industrial revolution, and you'd think we'd have learned our lesson.
