Black people ‘40 times more likely’ to be stopped and searched in UK

-What races are committing what proportion of crimes in UK. Also what types are crime are more prominent per race. The Baltimore Police department cut back on policing black neighborhoods after the Freddie Gray riots and their murder and crime rates (mainly black on black violence) skyrocketed.
