Hah, yah sure. Air bases, 50000 troops, nukes, US conquered Germany in WWII has been there ever since. Germany doesn't hit the minimum 2% NATO spending requirement meanwhile Poland does and Poland is very eager to have American bombers in their country, especially if it's on their eastern borders.
