Universities must uphold free speech, disallow no-platforming and safe spaces or face intervention - UK Government minister for universities declares

While this is very nice and all, I would prefer such an obviously needed thing put into legislation first before I get too excited. What about a "safespace" where people can eat their lunch without having people yelling or using megaphones to proselytize whatever has them butthurt.
