Russian city of Ekaterinburg has "lost the right" to elect mayors by it's citizens after the current mayor was attacked by local politicians for criticising Vladimir Putin • r/worldnews



"Democracy" yeah and tomorrow or next week those that oppose putin will die a mysterious way. And they probably blame it on the UK this time. Politicians in one of Russia’s largest cities have cancelled an upcoming election in order to oust a mayor who opposed the re-election of Vladimir Putin.
