BP claims an oil spill off Australia's coast would be a 'welcome boost' to local economies

They have learnt nothing from the gulf of Mexico oil spill of 2010. Great. It would be more correct to say they don’t care. They likely submitted the plan as a formality and weren’t expecting anyone to either read it or oppose it. They must not have paid the right people this time.
