New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern announces pregnancy

Is this a world first (a pregnant incumbent elected head of state)? PM Adern is only our Head of Government, the Queen of New Zealand is our Head of State. Buuut I think she very well could be the world's first pregnant elected Head of Government.
