EU declares war on plastic waste, says all packaging must be reusable or recyclable by 2030

Plastic in packaging is insane. I don't understand why it isn't all the corn/biodegradable stuff. While we're at it let's do something about all the styrofoam. That never goes away either via Pocket http://ift.tt/2DDxNsc
