North Korea ready to open direct talks with US over their nuclear standoff

It's a trap. Kim Jong-un wants more than anything to remain in power, same with his inner circle and everybody else high up in the North Korean regime. They lose that, their just nobodies in some backwards shithole like the people they oppress.
