Japan pledges $2.9 billion to support countries pursuing universal health coverage

Heads up America! Christmas is coming regularly scheduled!! Medicaid (poor people) cost $574 billion in 2016. Medicare (old people) cost $683 billion in 2016. Even if all of that money went to the USA, it would only be a tiny fraction of a percent of the cost of universal health care.
