Catalan separatists keep their majority

PP, party of Spanish government lost 7 seats, the most among all the parties. The Catalans voted in a pro-independence parliament in 2015, voted for independence in (an admittedly flawed) referendum, and again voted in a pro-independence parliament - this time on a 81.9% turnout.
