South Korea's President, "The South is capable of destroying the North beyond recovery"

President Moon stated today that talks are impossible at this point, and that the South has the power to annihilate North Korea. This is perhaps the strongest statement given by a liberal politician in Korean history so far. Pointless bluster, unless SK really knows something I don't.
