What the fuck is a civil search warrant? That's stupid. Wait, what? Canada has something that allows a plaintiff to search the defendant's domain? What about chain of evidence (custody) and such? The "searcher(s)" clearly have a wanted outcome so how could their search ever be fully trusted?
