Native American Tribes commit to uphold Paris climate agreement

Are they upholding the treaty or are they just reducing carbon emissions? Upholding the treaty would mean paying money to the Green Climate Fund. Somehow I doubt that they are. via Pocket http://ift.tt/2ulgR7M
