In Unofficial Vote, Venezuelans Overwhelmingly Reject Constitutional Rewrite

Let's just hope it actually means something. To clarify, this was a non binding advisory vote, and only about 1/3rd of eligible voters participated. (The real vote will be held at the end of this month to elect delegates who will actually be able to rewrite the constitution).
