China tells Donald Trump there is an 'international responsibility' to act over climate change

I am both surprised that China has to tell Trump about climate change, and not surprised at all. Plus he claimed it was a Chinese hoax. Better have a different country tell him that he is fond of like Russia or Turkey. China have the moral high ground over America now.
