Spain Confirms it Would Not Veto Membership of and Independent Scotland to the EU

Whats Scotland done to Spain to pi33 them off. Veto would be doing them a massive favour. It's been said time and time again by Spanish officials that they would not block Scotland joining the EU, yet still it's perpetuated that they would.
