Russia jailed the man who may become Putin’s biggest challenger in the next election

It is a sad thing for Russia, Europe, and world trust of the Russian political condition. It certainly appears totalitarian. How can the world's largest geographical nation with enormous world consequence be reliably believed and negotiated with under these brutal circumstances.
