Three months after the Olympics, Rio de Janeiro is broke

What do you mean 3 months after, they were broke before the Olympics. The needed to spend all that money on food, medical and other necessities, not on fucking stadiums. In an ideal universe the same country would host the olympics and world cup over and over again.
