Italy told to brace itself for 'September assault' after arrival of 150,000 migrants

I'm sure the citizens of Italy voted on this and were given democratic voice in the process. And that they chose this path for their country. It's not like Italy is an authoritarian regime run by rich celebrity career politicians who would just force their citizens to accept potential hardship.
