French PM suggests naked breasts represent France better than a headscarf

Maybe this is the American in me, but I really don't understand why France seems to believe that specific articles of clothing (or lack thereof) represent the nation more than the freedom to wear (or not wear) said articles of clothing at will. via Pocket http://ift.tt/2byfIlW
