If North Korea doesn't recognize the authority of the UN, then how can they violate it's resolutions? Not to mention that the USA recently fired ballistic missile from a submarine.

North Korea violates UN resolution with submarine missile launch that failed to make it above water
If North Korea doesn't recognize the authority of the UN, then how can they violate it's resolutions? Not to mention that the USA recently fired ballistic missile from a submarine.
