Is the New Safe Confinement apparatus still planned to be completed this year? I thought that the general consensus was that it was still going to be behind schedule. I've heard that it'll be completed in 2017. But who knows. I hope it doesn't burn down now. via Pocket http://ift.tt/1bAXWIs
