Bolivia UN Envoy on Syria Attack: 'History Teaches Us' US Lies to Justify Wars

How is it that Bolivia is the only country that has the balls to call out the US on their bullshit here? How isn't EVERY country saying this? USA gave military aid to 72 countries in 2016 (buys their votes).
